Why isnt this in the Manual?not sure what setting to choose

under the video encoding settings there is a couple setting that say something like 2p 600k HQS Animation,, this isnt in the manual, also what is HQS? high quality super? how are we suppose to know this? and i am taking a guess that GQ is Good quality,...

Ultra/extreme all of this we need a new manual that explains whats the difference. like i have 14 gigs of free space on my iphone so i dont mind high quality that takes space for my anime. now sure what setting to use
