This problem is killing me! mkv-->avi pls help!

so i have the following file (mkv):

i wan to keep the video quality and audio quality as it is, i only want to change the container to avi. So i open up Xvid4PSP 5 and choose the following settings:

Format: AVI HArdware HD
Denoise: Disabled
Brightness: Disabled
Video encoding: Copy
Audio encoding: Copy

but everytime i get an error saying: "The function DeleteComments was called on a stream[?] that hasen't been initialized with SetSource"

what to do? I guess this is due to the option AUdio encoding: copy. I've even tried to encode the audio to another format, but then there is no sound in the video only an awfull sound!

AAC isn't allowed in AVI, don't you see a Warning message about it? So you must reencode the audio. Don`t know why you don't have normal sound after reencoding - please post complete encoding log.
